Are you passionate about fostering inclusive education and supporting students with SEND to achieve their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator) to join our dynamic team!

About the Role
As SENDCo, you’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver tailored support and ensure students with SEND thrive. While your focus will be on the main school’s SEND provision, we’re also excited to announce The Loft, a new specialist provision for autistic education opening in September 2025. The SENDCo role will focus on supporting the diverse SEND needs across the main school, helping to create an inclusive environment for all students.
Who We’re Looking For:
We need a motivated, talented leader to lead the SEND department. As SENDCo you will:
· Lead the development of inclusive teaching practices and targeted interventions;
· Support staff training to ensure high-quality SEND provision;
· Work collaboratively with external professionals to access resources and expertise;
· Coordinate Annual Reviews and manage the SEND register efficiently;
· Have proven experience in teaching SEND students and raising standards;
· Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and data management skills.
